I was walking downtown last week in the skyways and happened upon an artist painting one of the skyway windows. The painting was amazing, so I stopped to find out more. The artists name was Jeff Bolin. The skyway painting that is his is between the Holiday Inn and the Radison, crossing over 2nd st.
